He also served as the following positions:the standing director of China energy society, the vice director of professional committee of energy saving and emission reduction, the professional committee member on solid wastes of Chinese environmental sciences association ,the committee member of the national key laboratory of clean energy and national key laboratory of academic committee of clean coal utilization. the specialized expert of the United Nations industrial development organization for the promotion of international solar technology transfer center and an expert of international cooperation expert committee, national ministry of science and technology ‘the part-time professor of USTC and Taiyuan University of Technology ,vice-chairman of Guangdong Province association for science and technology, the deputy director of the institute of Guangdong Province, the director of Guangdong Province natural science research title appraisal committee, the committee member of the Science and Technology advisory committee of Guangdong Provincial government and the Science and Technology advisory committee of Hainan Provincial government, the decision-making consultant of the Guangdong Province, Hehas long been engaged in in the theoretical research and engineering development of energy regeneration and reclamation of "Urban Mines" (household garbage, forestry and agricultural residues, civil sludge, feces of livestock and poultry, construction wastes).Through the innovation of series of key technologies and integrated technologies, a multi-technology modular combination was formed making the "Urban Mines be transformed into heat, electricity, fuel gas, fluid fuel, organic fertilizer and renewable resources. With the support of many projects, such as key projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, national science and technology support project, international cooperation project, Guangdong provincial science and technology research projects, and projects from enterprises he founded the "Urban Mines" basement and gradually formed a engineering platformcontaining the key technologies, integrated technologies, process optimization and engineering consultation,which played a supporting role in related engineering plan formulation, engineering design and engineering construction and receiveda batch of important technological achievements. He hostedover 50 projects such as international cooperation projects, national scientific and technological projects ,National Sci-Tech Support Plan, hi-tech Olympics, 973 subjects and enterprise entrust projects. He has published 254 thesis and got 23 patents for invention and 21patents for utility models. He presided over 5 books and edited 7 books. He won 2 second prizes of the national Sci-Tech Advance award and 4 provincial above second-class awards. And he won Ho leung Ho Lee Science and Technology advance award in Science and Technology in 2012 and has cultivated 18 doctors. He now serves as the member of the standing committee of China Association for Science and Technology, the professor of Chinese Academy of Sciences Guangzhou Branch and Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, chief scientist of CHN Energy in the new energy and environmental protection field, chief scientist of Institute of Urban and Rural Mining CCZU, and concurrently occupies posts in the national key laboratory of clean energy, state laboratory of coal combustion and state key laboratory of multiphase flow in power engineering as the member of academic committees. |
